Doc.import - logging

It would be useful if there was some sort of logging in the Doc.import.  How did the document come in (mail,drag&drop etc), if deleted , change of client, doc.types etc - who did it.  Also if customer uses Mail Setup (IMAP) in Compello - if import fails - why.
