Ability to select 'OR' operator in the 'IF' criteria of rule segments

Background: Currently, when creating a rule based on a finance account, you cannot easily combine debit and credit criteria or select non-sequential accounts within a single condition.

Issue: You have to create separate rules for debit and credit accounts because using both in the 'IF' criteria defaults to an 'AND' operator, which breaks the logic. Additionally, there is no easy way to select a specific set of non-consecutive finance accounts.

Possible solution:

  • Example 1: IF Debit-F-account = 100 OR Credit-F-account = 100 THEN Approver = X

  • Example 2: IF D-F-account = 100 OR 222 OR 320 THEN Approver = X

Goal: Allow 'OR' logic for debit/credit and account selection. This will eliminate unnecessary complexity, avoid creating a large number of redundant rules, and allow for more precise rule setup. The logic could also be applied to other coloumns in compello.
