Drop down list for table data should open inwards to centre of screen

If you use the drop down list in a field to the far right of the screen, it will open so that you can see all the data as it goes off screen to the right. The drop down list should open so that it lies to the left of the field when it is over on the right hand-side of the screen and open to the right from fields on the left hand side, so you can alsways see it all

    this change is implemented in Approval module in the update 13th of January.
