Invoices ready for approval

I want to be able to control whether and how many notifications I should receive from Compello. It's noise every day to write to me, I have invoices that need to be approved. I know that. In Outlook, I can ask for your notification sender address to be added to junk mails, but I think you should change your program so I can control which notifications I want and which I don't.
