The approver names are configured under all the rules. When the Approver is replaced by new Approver (for instance, like Employee is leaving and new Employee has joined), then all the Rules must be updated manually. This is quite high manual work. There should be more easy way to replace the Approver names.

The Management approval names should be configurable under one place. Management roles like - CEO, CFO, CTO, COO. Therefore when there is change in Management, it is easy to change in one place instead of all the Rules manually.
