A separete text box where only bookkeepers can add and see comments

We are several accounting/bookkeeping personell and we whould like to have a field where we can comment on documents. The existing comment field is great but we would like to have a seperate field where we can add comments that only bookkeepers can see and not approvers. An example would be if I have sendt a reminder to the approver I would like to write a note about this so that my collage can see what I have done. I do not want the approver to see this comment as it is often confusing for the approver if there is information in the text field that is not relevant for the approver.
