More operators for Rules esp NOT

Some customers want rules which apply to 4 document types but NOT POs. At the moment they have to create 4 variations on the same rule for this. Other operators could also be useful such as a range, or begins ith etc. but NOT would be really handy

    Hi,

    we are planning a new and updated version of Rules module, and this functionality will be included in the new version.

    Start date is not set, but we will keep you updated on the progress.
