PDF IMport - where import user has no access to client, send PDF to invalid

Had a case shere the PDF import user had no access at all to the client. Files were moved to Archive folders with no errors in log. They came up in SF_Scannedfiles with CL_recno = 0 They should go to Invalid where this happens
