Option for accountant to return invoice to user with message

We often have to return invoices to users for them to add for example a list of participants. Today we have to add a comment (which often is not read) and then remove user and send it to them again. It would be nice to have an option for accountants to return invoices to users. It would be great if we could send them a message to their email saying that we have returned invoice xx and a message saying why. 

 

We operate with two approvers and most of the time we return invoices to the first approver.
